These terms govern the relationship between SERVA (Abdulaziz Abdulrazaq Alhumaidi Company — CR 7053995614) and both client businesses and individuals applying for jobs through this website. Using the site or submitting any request or application constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms.

First: Nature of the Service

1. SERVA provides sourcing, screening and administrative coordination services. It is not a party to the employment contract between the business and the worker.
2. SERVA’s role ends upon completion of the sponsorship transfer or the signing of the employment contract between the parties.
3. The guarantee provided is professional diligence per agreed standards — not a guarantee of outcome or continuity.

Second: Terms for Client Businesses

1. The business shall provide accurate information and a valid commercial registration, and is responsible for the accuracy of what it submits.
2. The price shown on the site is preliminary and becomes official upon issuance of the quotation and contract.
3. Fees and 15% VAT apply to SERVA’s service only, and exclude worker salaries and government fees.
4. A deposit is payable to commence work and is non-refundable if the business cancels after procedures begin or fails to respond within the contract’s timeframes.
5. The business shall pay the balance within three days of accepting and approving the service.
6. Contacting or contracting with candidates outside SERVA after they are shortlisted is prohibited and constitutes a breach entitling SERVA to its full fees.
7. The business shall comply with Saudi labour law after onboarding. SERVA is not liable for subsequent events such as absconding, poor performance or termination.

Third: Terms for Job Applicants

1. The applicant confirms that all data is accurate and that the Iqama number, date of birth and attached documents belong to them personally.
2. Submitting false data or documents results in immediate removal of the profile without notice.
3. SERVA’s services to applicants are entirely free; we never request fees for shortlisting or placement.
4. Applying is not a promise of employment; shortlisting depends on available opportunities and matching requirements.
5. The applicant agrees to share professional data (specialty, experience, nationality, city) with client businesses for shortlisting — contact details are shared only after their approval.
6. The applicant is responsible for meeting the legal requirements for sponsorship transfer or employment.

Fourth: Privacy & Data Protection

1. Data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with access limited to authorised personnel under logged permissions.
2. Identity documents (Iqama, passport, personal photos) are accessible only to SERVA’s manager.
3. Data is never sold or shared with any party unrelated to recruitment.
4. Any party may request correction or permanent deletion of their data at any time.

Fifth: General Provisions

1. Approved communication channels are the WhatsApp number and email stated on the site and in the contract.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
3. SERVA may update these terms; updates take effect from the date of publication on the site.
4. If these terms conflict with a signed contract between the parties, the signed contract prevails.
